How we deliver 20 closing-ready meetings a month
14 days of setup, then a 30-day delivery month. A person makes every call.
Six phases turn a wide market into 20 closing-ready meetings a month.
A 90-minute kick-off led by your dedicated account manager sets your Ideal Customer Profile, the decision-maker roles, the value message per role, your exclusions (customers, open deals, competitors, names never to contact) and your tone.
Define
What happens. A 90-minute kick-off led by your dedicated account manager sets your Ideal Customer Profile, the decision-maker roles, the value message per role, your exclusions (customers, open deals, competitors, names never to contact) and your tone.
Your part. Bring the person who knows your buyers best; approve the written targeting within 2 business days.
Build
What happens. Sending domains, mailboxes and numbers in your company's name, warmed up gradually. A verified account base against the ICP, an account sample and messaging per role.
Your part. Review the sample and the messaging. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Research & signals
What happens. The platform tracks hiring, licences, funding, expansion, events and tenders across your base, and prepares a research card before every contact: role, context, the signal that makes now the right time, the angle to open with.
Outreach
What happens. Daily calls from a ranked list, personal messages in your voice, every reply read on arrival, every opt-out honoured at once. Telephone, email and manual LinkedIn; no LinkedIn automation; WhatsApp only with express consent.
Qualify & confirm
What happens. Each meeting is scored 0–100 against the five written criteria and approved by your dedicated account manager before it counts. Your representative receives a brief 24 hours before. The Triple-Lock protects attendance.
Your part. Attend, or name who attends. Accept or object within 2 business days, naming the criterion.
Deliver & improve
What happens. A follow-up kit within 4 hours of every meeting, records synced to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, an early forecast, and weekly tuning of targeting and messaging on what the market said.
The Triple-Lock
The Triple-Lock: how every meeting is confirmed
About 6 in 10 meetings booked by outside agencies are actually held (Focus Digital, 2026). Every meeting here passes the triple confirmation before your representative sits down.
Written confirmation of time, agenda and attendees, from your company's domain.
A member of your sector cell confirms time, agenda and attendees by phone. A person, never a message alone.
A short reminder on the attendee's preferred channel.
Every step is logged on the meeting card in your portal.
A prospect no-show never counts, and we replace it. If your representative misses a meeting, or cancels less than 4 business hours ahead, it counts as held.
The platform researches and prepares. Only a person calls, writes in your name and confirms.
69% of B2B buyers prefer to verify AI-generated insights with a sales representative. So a person owns every conversation.
14 days of setup, then 20 closing-ready meetings in delivery month 1.
Setup, free and outside the month: ICP, decision-maker titles, messaging, sending domains and numbers, verified lists
You approve the sample and the messaging; each late business day extends the window by one day
Launch: delivery month 1 starts
Delivery month 1: 20 closing-ready meetings, the same count as every month
Monthly statement: qualified rate against 90%, refunds or replacements, your right to cancel
Before kick-off you receive a short checklist and questionnaire: your offer, ideal customer, target sectors, exclusions, markets and qualification criteria. Completed before Day 1, it is what lets us launch on Day 15.
The Growth Engine was built on a live pilot: a verified 3,000-account base, warmed domains, tested Arabic and English openers.
What makes a meeting closing-ready
Five written criteria. All five must hold.
- 01The right company: inside the approved ideal customer profile.
- 02A decision-maker attends, from the approved titles list, or an influencer you approved in advance.
- 03The need, in their own words, documented in the recording or summary.
- 04Held for 20 minutes or more, with your named representative invited.
- 05Net-new to you: not a current customer, not an open deal, not excluded.
Your two days
Accept or object within 2 business days, naming the criterion. Silence means accepted. A Head of Service outside your account team decides within 2 business days, from the recording. Each meeting that does not qualify: USD 275 back or a replacement, your choice.
Not unqualified
The buyer didn't buy; your representative was absent or late; a name added to the exclusion list after the meeting; your ICP changed mid-month.
No-show
A buyer no-show never counts and is never billed; we replace it in the month.
BANT
If your sales model uses BANT (budget, authority, need, timing), we map the five criteria to it at kick-off and agree thresholds before the first contact.
Your weekly rhythm
Sunday
the weekly plan: priority accounts, signals in play, meetings scheduled.
Every meeting
a brief 24 hours before, a follow-up kit within 4 hours after.
Thursday
a video report: what happened, what was learned, what changes.
Any message
a reply within 1 business hour.
Monthly
the statement: qualified rate against 90%, refunds or replacements.
Any month
cancel in the portal before your next billing date, no fee.
All of it in your portal, in Arabic and English, next to the guarantee ledger.
