Site terms
These terms cover this website: public pages, downloads, and the authenticated client portal and staff consoles. The Growth Team service itself is governed by your signed contract.
1. Information, not an offer
Prices and terms on this site reproduce the Growth Team offer of price book 2026.10-r46: one plan, 20 closing-ready meetings a month, USD 5,500 (SAR 20,625) a month in advance, excl. 15% VAT where it applies, month to month; for every meeting that does not meet the five written criteria, or is missing, a refund of USD 275 (SAR 1,031) or a replacement at the client's choice. The signed order form and terms govern.
2. Intake
New clients are accepted each month within capacity measured by Remote Pro Ai and only after the eligibility gate in the order form is met. Acceptance is at Remote Pro Ai's discretion.
3. Downloads
Files on the downloads page may be shared within your organisation for evaluation. They remain the property of Remote Pro Ai and may not be republished or altered.
4. Accounts and credentials
Client portal and console access is by username and password issued by Remote Pro Ai. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other clients' data, interfere with the service, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
6. Portal data
Figures in the client portal (counted meetings, ledger, amounts due) are computed by the contract rules; they cannot be edited by hand. Where portal figures and the signed contract differ, the contract governs.
7. Intellectual property
The Remote Pro Ai name and brand, the platform, its 23 agents and all site content belong to Mohammed Ali Al Khuraim Information Systems Technology Co. or its licensors.
8. No guarantee of revenue
The Growth Team guarantees closing-ready meetings as defined in the order form. Scope ends at the meeting unless the client adds the full sales process in the order form (commission terms in /legal/terms#commercial). Remote Pro Ai does not guarantee revenue or closed deals and does not act as the client's agent.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Governing law
Saudi law; amicable settlement within 15 days, then the competent court in the Kingdom.
